About Mike

“It’s easy to make decisions when you know what your values are.”

- Roy O. Disney

Father of 3, grandfather of 5, and happily married for 37 years to the woman of my dreams. Driven by passion for family, faith and leadership, I have the tremendous blessing of having discovered what I love to do and getting someone to pay me for it – using the leadership principles of the Walt Disney Company to inspire others to do something great.

Over my 35-year career, I have effectively led teams of both front-line employees and leaders in a variety of geographic and economic situations. My greatest strength and asset as a leader has always been the ability to develop people and help them achieve their personal and professional goals.

I root for the Red Sox and New England Patriots, play golf with my sons, spend as much time as I can with the grandkids, study the family tree, occasionally strum a tune on my guitar, and spend every minute I can in the company of my soulmate, Diana. Our favorite thing to do? Spend time with the kids and their spouses. Kids are a lot more fun when they they’re grown and on their own.

. . .I have come to know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and to do good during one’s life; and also that every man should eat and indeed drink and see good for all his hard work. It is the gift of God. (Ecclesiastes 3:12-13)

Hey Tams! Thanks for asking. The RSS feed is the simplest way to subscribe if you do not have a WordPress account of your own.
